Phenomenal experiences at this office. The staff has always gone above and beyond for me. I have been a patient here for approximately 3-4 years. Twice I’ve had dental emergencies* for which they have seen me quickly and in one case immediately addressed, and in the other case made arrangements with another office for the intervention I needed the same day. I truly appreciate the care I have received at this dental practice. I highly recommend them!!

I had a long time dentist who retired several years ago. We were lucky to find Dr. Santay's practice. We are in good hands. He is first rate at helping my wife and I maintain our dental health. Kim handles my cleanings and I find her kind and calm, and meticulous. Excellent care all around.

What a nice, quiet, well organized dental office. Things there move along at a steady, measured pace. Everything is carefully planned out. Everyone working there seems to be pulling in the same direction. I feel confident that I’m receiving the very best care available. None of these things happen by accident, really good people work there.

Everybody at this office is amazing! I have always been afraid of the dentist and avoided it for years before I found this practice. Everyone is kind, skilled, and makes me feel right at ease. Dr. Nolan is wonderful. Thank you guys!

I came to this office after a Dentist I had been with for over 20 years retired. The front desk staff was welcoming and kind. The care here is phenomenal!! Dr. Santay and his team go above and beyond to provide you with the best care and treatment options. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I once again had a very good experience at Drumlin Dental. Dr Nolan is very personable and as far as I can tell, very skilled. He works very efficiently and well. He has been my dentist for some time, doing fillings, caps, and a root canal. I’ve had no trouble with any of his work and feel grateful to have “found” him. His assistant, Ashley, is very friendly, thoughtful, considerate, and efficient. They work together very well. She takes my coat, swings my chair without bumping my feet, provides a pillow as needed for my neck, and is personable. I hope she gets to sky drive or bungee jump soon! I have also had good experiences with Kim, the hygienist who cleans my teeth. She is personable and friendly, but above all, careful and thorough in her work. Julie and Dierdre in the front office have always been very friendly. It seems like a happy, comfortable office to me.

Today's visit was no different than any other at Dr. Santay's office; friendly and professional with perfect results each time. As much as I hate any dental work (especially when it's extensive), I know that there is no better place in the Syracuse area to go. Many thanks to my care team!

Best setup ever. What other dental office lets you look out a picture window during your procedure? The x-rays and your record are easy to view, not behind you where only the technician and the dentist can see them. I was happy with the explanations I got and confident that we made the right decision about how to repair my broken tooth.

I have been going to this practice for many decades, perhaps 50 years, and this would be before Dr.Santay took over the practice. The dentist before Dr. Santay took great care in choosing someone to take over the practice. The care from Dr. Santay and staff is excellent. It is so important to feel you are in good hands when it comes to dental work, and I have full trust and confidence in this office. They have served me very well, both for hygiene/maintenance, and for procedures as needed. My most recent visit was for cleaning only, but the service was great, and thorough as always.
